It’s Final! Packers Will Face Steelers For Super Bowl XLV

For all the NFL fans out there, the two teams which emerge to be the best among the bests this season is finally known. Weekend’s AFC and NFC championship games just made Green Bay Packers and Pittsburgh Steelers victorious. The two teams will face each other for the prestigious Super Bowl XLV this coming February 6, 2011. Their quest for the famous Vince Lombardi trophy will start in no time in the Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. In no doubt, tickets for the event were surely sold out or nearly out of stock. The Green Bay Packers defeated the Chicago Bears with the score of 21-14 Sunday. The whole team owe almost everything to the great man Aaron Rodgers. He played well enough to keep the Bears off balance all afternoon. “It’s an incredible feeling,” Rodgers said. “I’m at a loss for words.”
“We made a play to win the game and that’s all that matters,” Packers linebacker Clay Matthews said. “Keep playing defense the way we know how, and it’s going to be tough for teams to beat us.”
Packers will face the Pittsburgh Steelers who just prevented the New York Jets from advancing into the Super Bowl. They defeated the Jets with the score of 24-19 in the AFC championship game.
